VFWH Monitor FAQ
1. When installing VFWH Monitor, the following error message appears: "Error code: 0x8007007e. BindRoutines->InstallOurComponents.". what does this mean?
This error means that a module cannot be found. You can find out which module was not found by viewing the "setupapi.log" file, which can be found in the Windows folder on your computer (e.g: "C:\WINDOWS\setupapi.log", "C:\WINNT\setupapi.log" etc.). This error appears when required system libraries cannot be found (they are probably damaged by a virus or system fault. Please submit this error to the CCS Company support, by clicking here, and we will help you.

2. When installing VFWH Monitor, the following error message appears: "Error code: 0x80070005. BindRoutines->InstallOurComponents". what does this mean?
This error means "Access denied". Please make sure that you running the installation program from an account with administrative privileges (e.g. "Administrator", "Admin" etc.). The installer must be launched from Windows explorer, which guarantees setting the right privileges to the VFWH installation program.

3. When installing VFWH Monitor, the following error message appears: "Error code: 0x8000ffff. BindRoutines->BindAllSupportedAdapters". what does this mean?
In the last page of VFWH Monitor installer, before the installation process starts, there are two checkboxes: "Bind VFWH Monitor to active network interfaces" and "Bind VFWH Monitor to inactive network interfaces". Before starting the install process, clear both checkboxes. After VFWH Monitor is installed, you will be able to bind VFWH Monitor to network interfaces by right-clicking the vFWH Monitor icon in tray and selecting "Settings" in the opened dialog in the "Network interfaces" dialog and pressing the "Bind VFWH Monitor to all supported network interfaces" button.
